At Creative Aspirant, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with our range of books, stationery, and education-related accessories. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • For books: free from any marks, writing, or damage
  • For stationery and accessories: unopened, with all tags or seals intact

You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If you’d like to return an item, follow these steps:

  2. Approval Process: We will review your return request with our supplier and provide further instructions if your return is approved.
  3. Home Pickup: If your return is accepted, a home pickup will be arranged through our supplier’s logistics. You will not need to ship the item yourself.
  4. Supplier Review: Once the item is picked up and received by our supplier, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the return criteria.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will work with our supplier to address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved stationery or custom book orders)
  • Opened or used writing instruments and art supplies
  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloads)
  • Items that are part of promotional sales or bundles

Please note: We do not accept returns on discounted or clearance items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item (following the return process) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
