On This Bright Day, Book Review

  • If you find this book and are someone struggling with a healthy relationship with food, you will find a place to hold on to. If you are a lucky one with relaxed eating experiences, many of the daily thoughts will still resonate with you because they are about life and how to live it sane and content.
  • This is a beautiful book that is inspiring, nurturing, and helpful to anyone who wants to maintain a positive outlook on any change they would like to maintain in their life and not restricted to eating habits. Well done, Susan and all the coaches.
  • The book arrived on time, it has a lovely small size and each day you can read a well written ‘food for thought’. I love it and highly recommend it, especially if you want to give meaning to your everyday life. Thank you so much, Susan Peirce Thompson! You are a lifesaver for me.
  • This book is a valuable resource for professionals who are working with clients who are struggling with food addiction.
  • I’ve been using this boo daily since it arrived as part of my morning meditation period. The format is perfect with a quote, a short piece to read with tip, tool or insight and then a challenge or thought to focus on for the day that will move one forward in their journey to freedom from food addiction — BUT that said this isn’t only about food addiction — many of the daily meditations are applicable to all aspects of our life.
